Return Policy:

Our return policies are strict and therefore we are not able to accept any returns. The reason for this is to keep all of our customers safe. It makes a huge impact on our inventory for all of our customers. And we object from re-selling items that are returned. All of our products are new, unused and unopened. All terms and policies are subject to change at anytime without notice.

Damaged Product: 

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, but unfortunately, there are instances where items may get damaged during transit. If your package is badly damaged and pouches are damaged, please contact us with pictures of the damaged package and pouches within 3 days of receiving your shipment, along with your order number.

If the seal is intact and the can is not punctured, the product is still safe to use despite the cosmetic damage. Cans are made from thin metal, therefore small dents may appear due to shipping. While cosmetical damage is not eligible for a refund, we will do our best to address any concerns and find a suitable solution for you. 

Incorrect Product:

We are very sorry if a mistake was made in processing your order.  Please email us immediately with your order number within 3 days of receiving shipment.  Please attach photos of the false item(s) you received so that we may help identify the mistake.  We’ll send you the correct product right away.  If the correct item is no longer available, we’ll credit your original form of payment.  Please allow 48 hours for the credit to appear on your statement. A copy of your packing slip must be sent with returns. 

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations: We try our best to process all cancellations done as soon as possible; although, we cannot guarantee the cancellation due to the fact that the warehouse might have already processed your order.
